This year, the visual identity of SZIGET was crafted to celebrate the essence of humanity and freedom. In a world overflowing with technology, where people are often lost in their screens, hesitant to express themselves freely, SZIGET’s visual concept offers something refreshingly different—a vibrant invitation to experience genuine joy and uninhibited connection.
 
SZIGET is more than just a festival; it’s an island of freedom. This year’s visual language made the message clear: SZIGET is a place to connect, celebrate life together, and feel the beauty of shared experiences. The festival’s signature palette of bright colours and simple, illustrated characters embodied this spirit of togetherness. Each figure represented individuality within the collective, inviting visitors to a shared journey that goes beyond music to include art, connection, and a celebration of being fully present.
 
The artistic direction intentionally encouraged visitors to set aside their screens and embrace the festival’s liberating atmosphere. This year’s design emphasized the joy of coming together—an antidote to the isolation of digital life. With playful visuals and a lively colour scheme, SZIGET 2024 reminded attendees that the best experiences are the ones we live, feel, and celebrate with others.
